He is survived by: his children, James Vann, Jr. (Betty), Robert Vann of Baxley, GA, Lee Willis Vann of Graham, GA., Gloria Hill (Jimmy) of Baxley, GA, Betty Wallace (Virgil) of Graham, GA, Cassia Cooper of Baxley, GA and Elouise Conaway of Hazlehurst, GA; his grandchildren, Chris McMillan, Teddy Vann, Cynthia Ryals, Serria Godfey, Donovan Chatman, Ferdinand Gibbs, Frances Ellis, Kevin Cooper, Chelsea Thompson, Maiya Conaway, Jasmine Cooper and Twenty; and his brother Findley Vann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
