He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loree Thomas Carter; his daughter Debbie Collins; his son-in-law Ron Collins of Leesburg; his sister Margaret Horton of Macon; and his grandchildren, Brittany Hobby of Savannah, Shane Carter of Dublin, Jonathan Collins of Seattle, WA and Brad Collins of Statesboro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
