It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Martin Ricketson of Hazlehurst, Georgia, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Ricketson and Mamie Holton Ricketson; and his son Harry Martin Ricketson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pope Ricketson of Hazlehurst; his daughter Selene; his son-in-law Kendell Ogilvie of Hazlehurst; his brothers, Joe Ricketson of Mississippi, J. L, James Ricketson (Tommie Jean) of Graham and Hatton of Hazlehurst; his grandchildren, Kenlyn Batten (Jeremy) of Hazlehurst and Kade Ogilvie of Hazlehurst; and his great grandchild Adaline Batten. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
