He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brown and Eudell Brown (Beecher); his siblings, Hilda Brown and Jimmy Brown; and his son Ryle Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Shannon Brown (Ryle); his children, William Lee Brown of Hazlehurst, Jo-Anna Boutwell (Jay) of Alamo and Wendy Phillips (Randy) of Vidalia; his siblings, Virginia Holloway (James) of Macon and Tommy Brown (Billy Brown); and his grandchildren, Macey Phillips, Abby Phillips, Summer Boutwell and Emma Boutwell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Satilla Freewill Baptist Church in Hazlehurst.
