He is survived by: his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Destiny McKinney of Hazlehurst; his daughter Sonya; his son-in-law Bryan Livingston of Lumber City; his siblings, David McKinney of North Carolina, James McKinney of Texas, Jimmy McKinney (Carol) of Iowa, Joe McKinney of California, Margie Hampton of McRae, Barbara Ann Clements of Baxley, Brenda Lane (Tony) of Tennessee and Sheryl Rigby (Tony) of Lumber City; his grandchildren, Lindsay Towne (Cole), Noah Livingston, Gracie Livingston, Kira McKinney, Elena McKinney and Lincoln McKinney; and his great grandchildren, Jack Towne and Camilla Towne. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home (3 E Odum St, Hazlehurst, GA 31539). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
