She was predeceased by: her husband Richey Smith; and her sons, Ward Smith and Kenneth Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Bruce of Dublin, Susan Foskey of Bonaire, Rena Waters of Hazlehurst and Teresa Harper of Lyons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, twelve grandchildren, twenty six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
