It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Caitlyn Emily Banks of Hazlehurst, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Elizabeth and Gerald Weeks; and her grandmother Nellie Mae Davis. She is survived by: her mother Jennifer Ballenger; her stepfather Ronnie Ballenger of Hazlehurst; her father Walter Edward Banks of Glenwood; her sister Madison Elizabeth Banks Odom (Chase); her nephews, Carter Odom and Cullen Odom of South Carolina; her stepsisters, Kristan Ballenger and Katie Cowart; her grandparents, Quinton and Kathy Farrer of Wadley; her aunts, Willene Stewart (Timmy) of Macon and Francis Sammons (Leon) of Jacksonville, FL; her uncle Nicholas Quinton Farrer; and her cousins, Kirsten, Dylan and Colton Farrer of Wadley. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
