He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sister Marian Floyd; his wife Alice Grantham of Hazlehurst; his daughter Tammi Deats; his son-in-law Dave Deats of Hazlehurst; his grandchildren, Megan Deats of Hazlehurst and Jesse Deats of Hazlehurst; his great grandchild Rylie Beth Nobles; and his sisters, Geraldine Peterson of South Carolina and Rebecca Orofino of Denver. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
