He was predeceased by: his son Billy Barber; his grandson Leon Kirkland; and his siblings, Jimmy Creamer, Geneva Lewis, Jeanette Courson, Evelyn Courson, Eula Mae Herrington and Carol Dean Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Veron Watkins Creamer; his daughters, Linda Marie Keith (Larry) of Springfield, Shelby Joe Kicklighter Lyons (Lucky) and Mary Sue Gibbs (Latrelle Barber) of Baxley; his sisters, Jean Spell of Hazlehurst, Betty Taylor of Hazlehurst and Rhonda Rowland of Hazlehurst; and his grandchildren, Haleigh, Logan, Landon, Heather, Carrie, Thomas, Ikie, Tina, Cam, Alyssa, Kelly, Billy and Robie. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson, nieces and nephews.
