She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Edward Williams and Ruth Boyer Graham; and her parents-in-law, Grady F. Hand and Beatrice Hand. She is survived by: her husband Lucian D. Hand; her children, Timothy Hand (Alexandria), Rose Hayes (Tim) and Dawn Bryant (Lonnie); and her siblings, Eva Hiers (Billy), Nadine Graham, Robert Williams and David Williams. She is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
