It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Kersey (Hazlehurst, Georgia), who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Carol Waters Kersey; his daughter Cindy Carter; his son-in-law Mark Carter of Hazlehurst; his brother Wendell Branch (Elouise) of Reidsville; and his grandchildren, Molly Carter and Mark Carter. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
