She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Bennett; her sons, Jeff Hammonds and Keith Hammonds; and her brothers, James Entrekin, Preston Entrekin and Gene Entrekin.

She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Hammonds of Warner Robins and Charles Hammonds of Hawkinsville, Georgia. She is also survived by several step-children; 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
