He is survived by: his children, Carl Matthew Johnson (Christine) of Lexington, Thomas Stephen Johnson, Jr. (Galadriel) of Hawkinsville, Charles Raffaldt of Hawkinsville and Rebia Patricia Hood (Gregory) of Schertz, Texas; his grandchildren, Chris Blymyer, Clayton Balderas, Jacob Johnson, Trinity Ray and Rowan Ray; and his sister-in-law Catherine Johnson.
The family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
