She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Fordham and Mary Lee Harvey Dunaway (Scotty); her siblings, George Robert Harvey (Wilda), Mary Ella Sloan and Jurelle Wilkes (Dale); her grandchildren, Shelby Fordham, Madison Dunaway and Melissa Smith; and her great grandchild Brody Wayne Knight.
