He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Brown Hatcher; his son Neal Hatcher; his grandson Trey Wilson; and his parents, Emory C. Hatcher and Inez Carswell Hatcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Amye Yvonne Hatcher (Thomas Walters) of Eastman; his granddaughter April Wilson Bautista (Victor) of Seaford, Delaware; his sisters-in-law, Katherine Huett and Ethel Clements Yvonne Friddell (Tom); his great grandchildren, Mary Beth Malcom (Steven), Sadie Reid, Summer Reid, Shae Reid, Sylar Reid and Bo Burton; his great great grandchildren, Carter Malcom, Eva Ray Malcom, Copeland Malcom and Sarah Gray Garrett; his cousin June Carroll of Lizella; and also, Katie Colson, Neal and Donna Clark. He is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
