He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee "Bobby" Cannon and Joyce Gardner Cannon; his wife Sylvia Noles Cannon; his daughter Kristi Long Mercer; and his brother-in-law Richard Schoolfield.
He is survived by: his sons, Drew Cannon and Randy Cannon, Jr.; his granddaughter Caitlin Long; his sisters, Denise Humphries (Mitch) and Tracy Boisclair (Bob); his sisters-in-law, Lannie Schoolfield and Shelly Lewter (Shawn); and his mother-in-law Joyce Noles.
