She is survived by: her children, Robert Moore (Courtney) of Hawkinsville, Michael Azzolin (Stephanie) of Watkinsville and Natascha Mohan (Shishir); her brother-in-law Jimmy Moore (Mary Catherine) of Battle Creek, Washington; and her grandchildren, Charley Moore, James Moore, Tripp Moore, Will Moore, Ella Claire Azzolin, Tate Azzolin, Eli Azzolin, Jacob Azzolin, Molly Azzolin, Taschar Mohan and Anshu Mohan.
Due to the Covid 19 Regulations, masks are required and asked to be worn.
