She is survived by: her daughter Debra Jolene Slade of Marietta; her sister Betty Jo Smith (Charles) of Cochran; her grandchildren, Farrah Dianne Foley and Christopher Tod Foley of Canton; and her sister-in-law Edith Slade Nelson of Hawkinsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
