He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Richard English and Clements Hailey English; and his siblings, George English, David English, Noah English, Annie-Mae Johnson, Virginia Sinyard and Geneva Cooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa English Meads (Tony) of Unadilla; his sister Lillian Terrell Francis (Robert) of Byron, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Brandi Griffith and William Starley; and his great grandchildren, Madison Starley, Kaylee Griffith and Carlee Griffith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
