With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Ray Hawkins of Hawkinsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 3, 2021 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clayborn and Pearl Hendrix Hawkins; and his sister Faye Hawkins. He is survived by: his sons, David Shaw Hawkins of Brunswick and Jerry Wayne Hawkins of Hawkinsville; and the mother of his children Joyce Ann Hawkins of Pineview. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the donor's local animal shelter.
