He is survived by: his children, Allen "Bubba" Lewis, Jr. (Angie), Tonji Lewis (Tim), Monica Smith (Randy), Jennifer Blankenship (Whitney Lancaster) and Charla Durden; his sisters, Joyce Sutton and Shelby McKuhen (Steve); his grandchildren, Tyler Wynne (Nicole), Logan Smith (Christopher), Kaylee Dokey, Christi Dokey, Brandon Smith, Sam Lancaster, Cat Lancaster, Drew Lancaster, Mazzie Blankenship, Slate Judd and Naomi Judd; and his great grandchild Zaylee Newman. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 1 great-nephew.
