He is survived by: his children, Chris Phelps (Cindy) of Eastman, Katherine Waters of Hawkinsville, Frances Pate (Danny) of Byron, Alecia Leavens (Buddy) of Hawkinsville, Iris Lee Holder of Hawkinsville and Wendy Haley (Thad) of Eastman; and his pet Bill. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and his companion.
