She was predeceased by: her parents, David Wilson and Johnnie Mae Hannah Phelps; her husband Jimmy Allen England; her brothers, Earl Wayne Phelps and Richard Bruce Phelps; and her parents-in-law, Jo Dell Maston and Charles Frances England.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Clemons (Randy) of Unadilla, Danielle Coody (Chris) of Montrose and Chad England (Lisa) of Hawkinsville; her siblings, Tim Phelps (Elaine) of Byromville and Coni Phelps of Hawkinsville; her grandchildren, Steven Wilson Mullis, Christopher Daniel Coody, Seth Wilson England, Emmi Jean England, Elizabeth Coody, Rebecca Whiddon (Brad) and Brook Yarborough (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Ellie Jo Mullis, Braxton Whiddon, Briar Gilbert and Sunny Whiddon; her aunt Bobbie Cox of Alabama; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Cotton of Ft. Worth, Billie Williams of Utopia and Dan Maston (Rene) of Selma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-nieces and nephews.
