He is survived by: his daughter Shana Adriana Gay of Dudley, Georgia; his siblings, Frank Peter Roth (Mary) of Hamilton, Georgia and Gail Maynard (Scott) of Orlando, Florida; his stepfather Jeff Lollis (Brenda) of Hawkinsville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Keaton Pullen, Walker Pullen and Jenesis Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
