He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Collins Joiner of Hawkinsville, Georgia; his children, Fred Vaughn Joiner III (Cathy), Julie Sapp (Tony), Mary Jane Joiner and Laura Crabb (Shannon); his sister Mary Elaine Joiner Ferguson of Apopka, Florida; his grandchildren, Jordan Sapp (Ashley), Erin Hughes (Dailan), Sydney McCall (Dustin), Christopher Dupree (Anna), Tierra Dupree, Earl Dupree (Kayla), Amber Johnson (Ben), Meredith, Michael Joiner, Jacob Joiner, Laney and Price Crabb; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Brayden, Malakhi, Ava, Tucker, Brooklyn, Conner, Maeve and Rypton.
