He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancel Peyton McLendon and Addie Frances Wells; his son Terry McLendon; and his siblings, Franklin McLendon and Louise Sorrows.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine McLendon of Hawkinsville; his son Travis McLendon (Kim) of Hawkinsville; his siblings, Peyton McLendon (Gen) of Milan, Sudie Perdue of Gainesville and Hilda Hendricks (Mark) of Duluth; his grandsons, Dustin McLendon (Macy) of Perry and Conner McLendon of Hawkinsville; and his great grandchild Brantley Edward.
