She is survived by: her daughter Paula Cook (Greg); her sister Betty Jo McCarthy; her nephew Paul McCarthy (Giselle); her grandchildren, Billy Hood (Shanna), Casey Hood and Amory Cook; her great grandchild Ethan Hood; and her caregivers, Jackie Fields and Ella Ivey.
