He was predeceased by: his parents, George Taylor Forrester and Frances Forrester; his wife Nona Lee Mitchell Forrester; his daughter Vickie Forrester; his grandchild Donnie Smith; and his siblings, Wallace Forrester, Willard Forrester, Jerry Forrester and Shirley Troutman.
He is survived by: his children, George Forrester of Hartwell, David Forrester of Kennett Square, PA and Donna King of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Nona Forrester, Stacey Smith, Jessica Alexander and Christina Foster. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
