He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Leo Wilkins and Doris Hazel King Wilkins. He is survived by: his children, Sanford W. Wilkins of Jacksonville, FL and Shannon Price (Richard) of Loganville, GA; his siblings, Steven Wilkins (Jennifer) of Lavonia, Wendy Wilkins Garner (Don) of Hartwell and Virginia Wilkins Schulingkamp of Hartwell; and his grandchildren, Colby, Steven Wilkins, Alex, Alayna and Ashlyn Price. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews and cousins.
