He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stowers and Alice Dean Morrison Stowers; and his siblings, Anthony Stowers and Diane Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Rayton, Wanda Linder, Wynette Robinson, Tonnette Jackson, Hoyt Dexter Stowers, Jennifer Teasley and Drucilla Gibbs.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Springs Baptist Church (995 Bowman Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643).
