He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew John Smith and Jessie Vaughn Wallace Yeagley; and his siblings, Ronnie Yeagley and Diana Gemma. He is survived by: his wife Judith Eve Frisch Smith; his children, Matthew, Michelle Smith, Andrea Smith, Tina Richardson and Sheila Smith; his grandchildren, Duran, Kelsey Richardson, Lanie Brown, Braxton Smith and Pyer Smith; his great grandchild Thomas Richardson; and his siblings, Clyde, Dottie Yeagley, Connie Clark, Michele, Ron Boykin, Vickie Ludwig and Matthew Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 81 Flat Rock Rd, Hartwell, GA 30643.
