It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Cleveland of Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elon Ayers and Cora Bailey Ayers; her husband Eugene Cleveland; and her siblings, Elon Ayers, Jr., Geraldine Patton and Kathleen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McCurley (Ricky) of Canon and Michael Cleveland (Anja) of Danielsville; her brothers, Alton Ayers and Larry Ayers of Hartwell; her grandchildren, Zach McCurley (Ansley), Eli McCurley, Anna Grace Finley (Will) and Baylee Hope Cleveland; and her great grandchild Pierce McCurley.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that you honor Sue's life by helping someone in need financially or with a meal or you can make donations to The Way Church, 1332 Airline-Goldmine Rd, Canon, GA 30520 services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
