It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Jean Lacy of Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on September 1, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd D. Lacy and Lyford Burgess Lacy; and her sister Shirley Lacy. She is survived by: her brother Dedrick Lacy.
