She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Cobb and Rachel Cobb (Smith); her daughter Kayla Marie McDowell; and her brother Sandy Cobb. She is survived by: her husband Shemuel McDowell of Hartwell; her brother Gary; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Cobb of Lavonia and Lynne Cobb.
