She is survived by: her father William Howard Gaines (Ron Leverette); her children, Leejarred Leverette, Royauntavious Tate (Katty) and Etronda Leverette (Josh); her grandchildren, Amari Tate, Skylynn Tate, Terriuana Chapman and Tyquerious Chapman; her siblings, Milton Gaines (Brenda), Johnny Rayton Bowman, Pamela Brooks (Max), Karen Gaines, Kimberly Simpson (Josh), Latoya Gaines, Patrice Heard (Lamont), Claretta Simpson and Carlita Simpson; and her parents-in-law, Jasper Leverette (Sharon), George Leverette (Joanne), Anthony Leverette (Natalie), Joe Leverette, Candy Rickett (Charles), Angie Leverette and Karin Leverette.
