She was predeceased by: her parents, Jones B. Vickery and Agnes Norris Allen. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Phillips (Shelby) of Lexington, Timothy W. Phillips (Cindy) of Royston, Jeffrey Phillips of Royston and Kathy Brown (Donnie) of Hartwell; and her sister Joenell Carter.
