He was predeceased by: his parents, John Curtis Rice and Rosa Lee Stowe Rice. He is survived by: his siblings, John Timothy Rice (Donna) of Danielsville, Patricia Ann Birge (Butch) of Chipley, FL and Sharon Kay Fullbright (Tony) of Toccoa. He is also survived by three nieces; three great nieces; and two great nephews.
