He was predeceased by: his wife Malinda Hembree Brown; his parents, Fred Brown and Mildred Elizabeth Fleming Brown; and his close friends, Doyle Kay, Gopher Scoggins and George Adams.
He is survived by: his son Robert Steven "Steve" Brown (Teresa Adams); and his friends, Kenneth and Ann Thornton.
