It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Butler of Hartwell, Georgia, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Butler and Lotta Schatzel Butler; and his siblings, Marilyn Butler Carter and Kenneth Monroe Butler. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kinney Butler; and his daughter Laura Estelle Schwenker (Doug) of Lawrenceville.
