He is survived by: his children, Randall Cook of Hartwell, Richard Cook of Hartwell, Billy Cook of Hartwell, Arlene Cook of Hartwell, Andrea Cook of Hartwell, Angel Cook of Hartwell, Amber Cook of Hartwell and Ashley Orozco of Marietta; and his brother Charles Cook Jr. of Marietta. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
