He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Cowart of Hartwell; his children, Rodney Cowart (April) of Hartwell and Patricia Cowart Rowe (Daryl) of Athens; his brothers, Mark Cowart (Linda) of Nicholson, GA and Steve Cowart (Bonnie) of Bowman; his in-laws, Steven Moss (Jimmie), Randy Moss, Scott Moss and Nancy Savage (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Linsey, Carley, Bradley, Caleb Cowart, Chris Rowe (Amanda), Anthony Rowe and Madison Rowe Dashner (Justen); and his great grandchild Cameron Rowe.
