We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2019, at the age of 78, Patsy Clark Bowen (Hartwell, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Haynie Clark and Edna Earl Sanders Clark; her husband James "Jim" Bowen; her son Albert Bowen; and her siblings, Hoyt Clark, Betty Milford, Carolyn Boles and Ann McCall.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Bowen of Hartwell, Jeanne Troyer and Patty Brock of Hartwell; and her brother Jimmy Clark of Hartwell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to defray medical expenses or to the charity of one's choice.
