He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ross Tompkins and Della Taylor; his wife Sharon Delena Stewart; his siblings, Patricia Tompkins, Norma Jean Tompkins, Shirley Tompkins, Leland Tompkins, Thelma Tompkins, Dolores Tompkins, Darlene Clinton and Daryl Tompkins; and his grandchild Mikey Tompkins.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Hoff, Michael Tompkins, Patricia Harrison and Vicki Williams (Jessica); and his siblings, Linda Jones, Sharon Tompkins and Kenneth Tompkins. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
