He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Evans and Virginia Lord Evans; and his brother Jerry Evans. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tillman Evans; and his siblings, JB Evans, Larry Evans, Malcolm Evans, Terry Evans, Judy Folk and Jan Hallman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
