She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Hill Burleson and Bessie Eunice Garner Burleson. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Sauer; her children, R. D. Sauer (Susan), Nancy S. Callaway (David) and John Sauer (Gerri); her sister Marjorie Burleson Wigley Forster; her sister-in-law Evelyn S. Burleson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Sauer, Taylor Callaway (Dasha), Caitlin Callaway, Tanner Grimes (Brent), Matt VanDivner (April) and Emily Sauer; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Grimes, Layla Grimes and Ezra VanDivner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
