She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Knowles and Lilly Mae Sanders Knowles; her husband Hugh D. Marett; and her siblings, Lilly Webster, Clifford, Claude, Harold Greenway, Roland Knowles, Mae Santos and Winette Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Debra M. Mize of Bowman and H. David Marett of Wilmington, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Kristie Hendrix, Genie, Ellie Marett, Braedon, Jordan Haag and Emily Mize Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Coile and Hall Funeral Directors (333 E Johnson St, Hartwell, GA 30643).
