She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett D. Welborn and Allene Duckett Welborn; her former husband Coolidge Tanner; her husband Frank Haley; her sons, James Randall Tanner and Larry Tanner; and her siblings, Ralph Welborn, Sara Beatrice Kinley and Brenda Outz.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Tanner Cleveland (Kenneth Alewine) of Hartwell; her stepdaughter Tammy Alexander of Anderson, SC; and her grandson James Cleveland.
