He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Cooke Clay; his children, Michael Scott Clay, Richard Justin Clay, Tiffany Leigh Sanders (Jason), Emily Nicole Clay and Audrey Elizabeth Payne Clay; and his siblings, Terrance Dewayne Clay and Linda Gayle Taylor. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
