He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Q. Brown and Ruby Crawford Brown Sayer; and his brothers, Joel and Gerald A. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Martin Brown; his children, Stacy Brown (Jennifer) and Sherry B. Winn (Brian); and his grandsons, Tyler Winn (Kailey), Tanner Winn of Athens, Landon Brown (Jessie Yeargin) and Andrew Brown of Hartwell.
