He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Jim Rowland and Audrey Cleveland Rowland; his wife Debra Ann Evans Rowland; and his siblings, Wayne Rowland and Betty Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Rowland (Angie) of Hartwell and Lisa Marie Newton of Longview, WA; his siblings, Randall Rowland of Anderson, S. C., Carol Lewis of Anderson, S. C., Vickie Mulkey of Anderson, S. C. and Shelby Whitman of Anderson, S. C.; and his grandchildren, Michael Rowland, Justin Ethridge, Heather Mealor, Tristan Rowland, Brian Bergquist and Daniel Ruiz.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Larry's military service the family has requested memorials be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation, PO Box 50008 Studio City, CA 91614-5001 Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell will be serving the Rowland family.
